Overwhelmingly workers are telling us that they need relevant working conditions and more say in their workplace and how their work is organised. They are telling us that flexibility they were promised is all one way - in favour of the boss!
The industry has attempted to become self regulated but has failed to recognise the importance of having minimum standards in any industry.
Call Centre employers who want to do the right thing by their employees are being continually undercut by less caring Call Centre employers and employment agencies paying sub standard wages and conditions.
