Health and Safety Surveys

Workers often do not realise that many of the pangs and pains they experience may be related to health and safety problems that can be remedied.

Surveying members in your workplace is a great way to identify health and safety issues.

Surveys you can use   

1. Comprehensive Health & Safety Survey

This survey was originally put together and conducted by Delegates at Griffith University, and is designed to audit the health and safety standards in your workplace.

2. Health and Safety Surveys

Health & Safety Reps' Survey

The aim of the survey is to gather information about health and safety issues in today's workplaces. It was originally designed by the Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU), who plan to conduct a similar survey every two years. It is intended to be completed by the workplace ASU Delegate or Health and Safety Rep.

The survey will be treated confidentially, and you can complete it anonymously.
