A week after Labourstart, the online news service for the international trade union movement, launched an online campaign for Qantas employees over 2100 emails have been sent to the company supporting the ASU's campaign for a better wage and job security deal in this round of enterprise bargaining.

Many Qantas frequent flyers and customers have sent their support and told CEO Geoff Dixon Qantas staff deserve their fair share. The international support has been significant with people from Norway, Canada, Japan, Switzerland, Germany, Singapore, South Africa, United States and many other countries still continuing to send emails.
