We have a meeting scheduled for 6 April at 3:00pm.  At this meeting BCC will present their position to us on:-

the role description;

• the salary range;
• the recruitment process;
• etc.

We have recommended to BCC that another general meeting needs to be scheduled to allow staff of Councillors the opportunity to discuss the outcomes of the union meeting with BCC.  Stay tuned for the details of this meeting over the next couple of weeks.   

We will advise you of the outcomes from our meeting next Wednesday.
